This property has been in our family for over 50 years and is equipped with everything one needs to create a memorable gathering for friends and family.

The cabin's interior offers a country style floor plan with two bed rooms, one bathroom and a large family room with kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is equipped with a large Wolf Range stove ready to create delectable meals. The bathroom includes a full bath with claw foot tub and shower.

From the cabin decks, guests take in spectacular sunrise and sunsets with peaceful meditative elements from the nearby creek. The decks also offer an opportunity for afternoon birdwatching and evening stargazing. (You will see multiple shooting stars in a crystal clear sky.)

Hiking opportunities across the private 50 acres allow guests to explore the rolling hills, open meadows and naturally formed rock formations. The property features beautiful century old oak trees, manzanita and buckeye. There is plentiful wildlife and grazing horses.

From our clear spring fed swimming hole, you can soak in the California sun while being surrounded by natural rock formations. For eight months of the year the waterfall is flowing.

The property is located 30 miles south of Yosemite National Park. Nearby attractions include: majestic lakes ((Bass and Millerton), skiing at Badger Pass and China Peak, golfing in the YLP and Yosemite, gambling at Chukchansi Resort and Spa and many other recreational opportunities.
